1. How long does processing, shipping and handling take?
Processing will take 1-2 business days before your order ships. Orders will be shipped to you as quickly as possible via DHL or Post.nl, usually taking about 3-7 days to arrive. Please make sure your address is physically correct. No PO Box address please.

3. Can I return my order?
Yes, we are happy to offer a return policy for unopened bodywave within 15 days of order receipt. We believe we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality bodywave we offer. However, we understand that there may be an instance where you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accept returns and exchanges on hair that has not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible if the hair has been dyed, bleached or cut. The hair must be returned unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defective in any way or a return will not be made. Human hair body wave is considered a hygienic product. That's why we don't offer returns or exchanges if something is broken.
4. When will I receive my money back?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping costs, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair bodywave has not been opened and used. Refunds are normally issued within 3 business days. 5. Can I exchange something?
Yes, you can exchange within 15 days. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers run through the hair, worn or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair has been changed, we will return the hair to you.
